Billing help
How subscriptions, usage, and payments work in this workspace. Charges are processed with Stripe; subscription state syncs from Stripe into your organization.
Subscription plans
Recurring plan via Stripe (monthly or yearly, per plan).
Paid plans use a Stripe Checkout session. After payment, Stripe owns renewal timing; the app keeps your org subscription in sync via webhooks.
Billing → Plans is where you start checkout or change plans.
Usage & quotas
See consumption against your plan limits.
The dashboard aggregates usage logs, summaries, and per-organization quotas so you can monitor messages, conversations, API-style usage, storage, and other metered resources.
Billing → Usage supports ranges such as 7 / 30 / 90 days, one year, or a custom date range.
Who can change billing
Checkout, cancel-at-period-end, and sensitive payment actions.
Owners and admins can start Stripe checkout, change plans, open the billing portal (when available), cancel auto-renew at period end, and manage payment methods in the app.
Other members can usually view billing pages if your product allows it, but cannot perform those admin actions.
