Agreement

By accessing or using FlexyAgents, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, overload systems, scrape in violation of documentation, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

Content and knowledge

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service. You represent that you have rights to the data you ingest.

Third-party services and BYOK

Integrations and model providers are governed by their own terms. BYOK usage is billed by your provider under your agreement with them.

Plans, fees, and taxes

Fees are described in your order or in-product plan selection. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with notice where required.

Warranties disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except for amounts paid in the twelve months preceding a claim (subject to applicable caps in an enterprise agreement).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or non-payment as described in your agreement.

Governing law

Governing law and venue are set forth in your order form or master agreement. If none is specified, contact sales for the standard terms that apply to your subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
