Messaging channels bring assistants into threads customers already use. Setup is vendor-specific (apps, tokens, phone numbers) but runtime behavior reuses your agent configuration.

Slack and Microsoft Teams

Install workspace apps, map channels or DMs to agents, and test mention handling. Internal copilots often start here before customer-facing WhatsApp.
